Important Notice Regarding Fixed Fees
Our fixed fee services apply strictly to cases initially assessed as straightforward and non-complex. If a case becomes complicated due to unforeseen circumstances or additional issues arise during the process, we reserve the right to withdraw the fixed fee arrangement. In such cases, we will inform you promptly and confirm this position in writing.
Additionally, the fixed fee examples provided are indicative only. We reserve the right to adjust the fixed fee amount based on the complexity, evolving circumstances, additional relevant considerations, or unforeseen events occurring during the progress of the case.
