Our Fee Structure

Our legal services are offered on either a fixed fee or an hourly rate basis, depending on the nature and complexity of your matter. We also offer flexible arrangements such as Conditional Fee Agreements (CFA) and Discounted Fee Agreements (DFA) for certain case types.

Our Hourly Rate Structure

• Directors and Senior Solicitors £350 + VAT per hour
• Solicitors (Over 3 years' experience) £250 + VAT per hour
• Solicitors (Under 3 years' experience) £200 + VAT per hour
• Paralegals and Trainee Solicitors £150 + VAT per hour

Immigration Services

• Initial Consultation (up to 1 hour) £150 - £300 + VAT
• Naturalisation (Adult) £2,000 - £3,500 + VAT
• Child Registration (UK or Abroad) £3,000 - £5,000 + VAT
• EU Settlement Scheme (Pre-Settled/Settled status) £1,500 - £4,000 + VAT
• Family Permit Applications £2,500 - £3,500 + VAT
• Visitor Visas (Standard/Tourism/Family) £1,500 - £2,500 + VAT
• Visitor Visas (Complex Cases) £3,000 - £4,000 + VAT

Tribunal appeal representation involves significant variability, including evidence gathering, instructing experts, negotiation with the Home Office, witness conferencing, drafting witness statements, preparing bundles, and representation at the hearing.

Discounted Fee Agreement (DFA)

If we are assisting you with Judicial Review proceedings or other court litigation, we might be able to offer you a Discounted Fee Agreement (DFA). This involves us charging at a discounted hourly rate if your case is not successful. We will inform you if your case is suitable for a DFA.
