If you're not satisfied, escalate your concern to the department supervisor.

Formal Complaint

Submit a written complaint to our Complaints Manager with your details and concerns.

What Happens Next

We'll acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days

We'll investigate your concerns thoroughly

We'll provide a detailed response within 14 days

  • 6 months of receiving our final response
